“Hi, I’m Ayhan Kucherenko, the proud owner of Emerald Doors & Screens, alongside my business partner and fiancé, Shayne.

My career in carpentry began in 2002, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of working on a diverse range of residential housing projects. Driven by a passion for the trade, I earned my Builder Supervisor Certificate and gained extensive experience in Estimating and Project Management within the Commercial Plastering and Carpentry sectors over the past 15 years.

Throughout my journey, I’ve contributed to several prominent projects, including the Charlestown Square expansion, Gateway Inn Motel, Cessnock Gaol, Herald Apartments, student accommodation at the University of Newcastle, and the University of NewSpace, among many others.

Shayne is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. As the face behind answering the phones, booking workloads, scheduling appointments, and keeping the day-to-day tasks organized, Shayne plays an essential role in helping us deliver the best service possible to our clients.
